Responsible

Fernsicht Event AG, Fernsicht Event AG, Seeallee 10, 9410 Heiden, Switzerland, info@fernsicht-heiden.ch, +41 71 898 40 40 Contact form

You can contact us directly through our Website with a contact form. After sending the contact form and until you withdraw your consent, the personal data that you entered will be processed by the data controller for the purpose of processing your enquiry on the basis of the consent that you have given by sending the form pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide personal data. If this information is not provided, it will merely mean that you will not be able to submit your enquiry and we will not be able to process it.

Security services

We use external security services (e.g. CAPTCHA) on this website to avoid non-human and automated inputs.

Google reCAPTCHA

If you give your consent, we will process your personal data with the service Google reCAPTCHA, Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, as joint data controllers for the purpose of avoiding non-human and automated inputs. To this end, we will enable the service to set cookies and to collect connection data as well as data from your web browser. In addition, we will enable the service to calculate a user ID for the unique identification of users within the advertising network operated by Google. Data will be stored on your device for up to two years. The lawful basis for the data processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. If you do not give consent, use of reCAPTCHA and any associated forms will not be possible. You may at any time withdraw consent already given by changing your privacy settings.
The company Google will transmit your personal data to the USA. The lawful basis for the transfer of data to the USA is your consent pursuant to Art. 49(1)(a) in conjunction with Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Before giving your consent, you were informed that the USA does not have a standard of data protection equivalent to that in the EU. In particular, US secret services can access your data without informing you and without you being able to prevent this legally. The European Court of Justice has therefore ruled that the previous adequacy decision (Privacy Shield) is invalid.

Web fonts

Google Fonts

We process connection data and browser data with our processor Google Fonts, Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, for the purpose of providing the fonts that are needed by the web browser to display the website. This data is only processed for the duration necessary to select and transmit the fonts.
The lawful basis for the data processing is the legitimate interest (technically essential for the provision and rendering of the ‘website’ service that you have expressly requested by accessing it) in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Google is the sole data controller for any further processing independently by Google Fonts. Details can be found in the privacy policy and the FAQs of Google Fonts.

Embeddings

Google Maps

If you give your consent, we will process your personal data with the service Google Maps, Google LLC, Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA, as joint data controllers for the purpose of displaying interactive maps on our website.
We will enable the service to collect connection data as well as data from your web browser, and to place an advertising cookie. Placing advertising cookie enables Google to calculate an individual user ID for each user. This personal data, which can be used to uniquely identify the user, is then processed within the advertising network operated by Google.
If Google carries out any further processing of the data independently, particularly within the advertising network of Google, then Google is the sole data controller. Details can be found in the privacy policy of Google.
If consent is not given, it will merely mean that the Google Maps service cannot be made available to you. You may at any time withdraw consent already given by changing your privacy settings.
The lawful basis for the data processing is your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Analysis services

WP Statistics

For the purpose of finding and analysing errors, analysing usage and deriving measures to optimize our website in the future, we will process your data using the local analysis software WP Statistics (WordPress plugin).
As this service is a local analytics tool, no personal data is shared with the service provider or third parties. In addition, your personal data is anonymised immediately after collection. Thus, personal data is not stored beyond the first processing step.
The lawful basis for the data processing is the legitimate interest (technically essential for the provision and rendering of the ‘website’ service that you have expressly requested by accessing it) in accordance with Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Right to object

If your personal data is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing.
Unless there are compelling legitimate grounds for us to process your data, the processing of your data on this lawful basis will be stopped.
You also have the right to object to processing of your personal data for direct marketing purposes. If you object, your personal data will no longer be processed for direct marketing purposes.
The lawfulness of the data processed up to the point of objecting will not be affected by the objection.

Right to withdraw consent

You have the right at any time to withdraw consent already given by changing your privacy settings.
If you give your consent to receive electronic advertising, you can withdraw this consent by clicking on the unsubscribe link. In such case, the processing will be stopped unless there is another lawful basis.
The lawfulness of the data processed up to the point of withdrawing consent shall not be affected by the withdrawal.

Rights of the data subject

You also have the right to be informed of how your personal data is being processed, as well as the right to have the data rectified or erased, or to restrict the processing of it.
If the lawful basis for processing your personal data lies in your consent or a contract concluded with you, you also have the right to data portability.
Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. More information about the supervisory authorities in the European Union can be found here.
